Face-to-face/Online counselling (£60)
We can talk about your concerns in a private, comfortable room in Bagshot.

Concessionary considerations are open for discussion, specifically for trainee counsellors and individuals facing financial difficulties
Time: 50 minutes
Finding the right counsellor is crucial for a successful therapeutic journey, therefore, I offer a 15-minute initial consultation over the phone or through a video call to help you find the right counsellor for your therapeutic journey. This is a chance for us to discuss why you're considering talk therapy and whether it would benefit you. Also, you can decide whether I'm the right counsellor for your needs.
During the consultation, I'll address your concerns. If you feel that my services might not be the best fit for you after our discussion, I'm happy to refer you to another counselling service or suggest other resources.
If you choose to continue with therapeutic sessions, you'll have complete control over the process. You can decide when and how to end our work together, ensuring that you're in charge of your therapeutic journey.
Your well-being is my main priority, and I'm here to support you.
The first talk therapy session marks the beginning of our journey to grow and heal. I'll ask you about why you came to therapy and what you hope to achieve. This helps us get to know each other and gives me important information.
You can share as much as you're comfortable with, and I'll listen without judging you. During the session, we might talk about the best approach for you. Together, we'll make a plan with goals and steps to reach them.
Remember, our conversations are confidential. Trust is important.
Bank transfer information will be provided.
Bank transfer is preferred and payable 24 hours prior to the session.
24 hours cancellation notice is required for fee reimbursement unless valid justifiable reasons are provided.
