How can I help
How can I help
If emotional difficulties are affecting your daily life and relationships, talk therapy can offer support. I provide a space for self-exploration, helping you gain insight, recognize blind spots, and develop the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges.
I offer a compassionate and safe environment where you can express your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Through meaningful conversations, we will explore your concerns, deepen self-awareness, and identify pathways to growth and healing.
Using a personalized therapeutic approach, I empower you to make informed choices, explore new possibilities, and move forward with confidence. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that your voice, values, and experiences remain at the heart of the process.
Seeking support isn’t just about overcoming difficulties—it’s an opportunity for self-discovery and changes, both for yourself and those around you.
Yes, everything discussed in therapy is strictly confidential. Your information will not be shared without your consent.
However, if you disclose intentions of self-harm, harm to others, or plans to commit an unlawful act, I may need to involve relevant professionals to ensure safety and well-being.

Typically, most of my clients have one 50-minute talk therapy session per week. The length of the therapy process varies depending on individual circumstances.
In most cases, my clients gain a deeper understanding of their issues and make progress in addressing them after 6 to 8 sessions, however, it depends on the nature and complexity of their issues/needs.
I offer talk therapy in English and Cantonese.
Languages serve not only as a means of communication but also as a pathway to understanding different cultures.
