Over the past two decades, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, offering sessions in both English and Cantonese. My particular expertise includes:
Neurodiversity: Supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia) in navigating identity, self-esteem, and daily challenges.
Mental Health: Working with people experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and addictions.
Identity & Belonging: Supporting those exploring cultural identity, belonging, or intergenerational conflict, especially clients for whom English is a second or additional language.
Marginalisation & Trauma: Working with individuals facing marginalisation, shame, or trauma.
