Over the past 20 years, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I have particular experience working with:
Individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and addictions
People exploring cultural identity, belonging, or intergenerational conflict
Those facing marginalisation, shame, or trauma
Members of the LGBTQ+ community
Individuals living with HIV or long-term health conditions
Clients for whom English is a second or additional language
